Monday, November 2 – Basically Ella – A Perfect Red Lip, 12:30 pm, hosted by Unicorns.LIVE and presented by Ella Lamoureux

On the first episode, Ella will guide you through how to accomplish the ‘perfect red lip’. This is a timeless classic that truly requires attention to detail in order to make those hearts flutter.

Tuesday, November 3 – Gender Identity Group ~ Online

This is a positive, safe, inclusive, supportive space for, gender non-conforming, non-binary, transsexual, transgender, gender queer inter-sexed or questioning (or any variation there of under the rainbow spectrum) people living in or near Kelowna or the Okanagan are to discuss matters and various topics while providing and obtaining peer support.

We meet every Tuesday from 6-8 via Discord.

Tuesday, November 3 – Men 55+ Online, 6 pm – 7:30 pm, hosted by Health Initiative for Men ~ Online

A facilitated safe space to talk, listen, and share your experiences of conscious ageing with other gay men. Topics include growing older, understanding issues of isolation, motivation, financial issues, physical health, sex, and more.

This is an online event, if you are interested in participating please register by e-mail at register@checkhimout.ca. Once your registration is approved, you will receive instructions about how to connect to the meeting using Zoom.

Attendance is free, or by donation.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).

Sunday, November 8 – Women’s Walking Group, 10:30 am – 12 pm, hosted by Kelowna Rainbow Women ~ Kelowna

This will be a bi-weekly walking group for women in Kelowna’s LGBTQ2+ community. This is a walk, not a hike on flat, even terrain.

This event is for all cis and trans women, as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in the space that centres around the experiences of women.

Sunday, November 8 – Drag Brunch, featuring Ella Lamoureux, hosted by Friends of Dorothy Lounge ~ Kelowna

Come out and see a show at Friends of Dorothy Drag Brunch (by reservation only). Seating begins at 11am followed by the performance at 12pm.
